We are Canadian dealers and delivery of items takes longer than if mailed in the US. For example, a heavy item sent via Expedited Mail may take up to ten WORKING days to arrive (14 days) , which given our in store clearance may take two weeks or more to arrive.  Please be aware of this when you buy, or when you bid. We always SUBSIDISE our shipping costs which are CLEARLY stated in our advertisements. Canada Post is far more expensive compared to USPS, so before you buy or bid, please be sure that you are aware of shipping costs.

•Shipping within North America is by Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Service    
•Payment should be made within three days of the end of the auction. We reserve the right to cancel any transactions not paid for within the three day limit

•We offer a full refund ONLY FOR ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED. 
Any items lost in the mail will be covered by our refund guarantee AFTER a Post Office search. The refund will not include the mailing costs.
