There may be a few random dog hairs on the item. The jacket is made of nylon. The neck measurement is 13 inches. The chest measurement is 16 inches. The jacket length from neck to bottom of sweater is 13 inches. ***Please measure your dog to be sure this is the proper size for your pet.***
