If you plan to buy more than one item ~ PLEASE DO NOT PAY until I INVOICE YOU! 

Sometimes I can save you money - especially if you are buying more than one stamp set or more than one item. 

Usually, if you buy small sized items (such as Bottle Caps, Sizzix dies, buttons, pins, etc.), you will pay the highest shipping cost of one of the items + $1 for each additional item. This additional $1 covers the extra packing, extra shipping (if any), fees, etc.

 If there's any problem whatsoever, PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH ME, so I can make sure I can make you a happy customer!

If for some unexplainable reason you decide to open a dispute, without trying to sort the issue with me, I will take it as your inability to civily communicate and unwillingness to solve the issue amicably, and I will do whatever I can to fight the dispute.

IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS - PLEASE ASK BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS!!!  Remember - and winning an item, you've entered a binging agreement to buy, pay and leave feedback for the item you bought.

I usually ship once a week, on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. It may take a little time until I ship, so if it's urgently needed, please let me know.

I do NOT accept returns, or offer ANY refunds!  Howwever, I'm old, and human, so I make mistakes. So, if you have any problems or concerns, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to work it out with you.  My goal is to sell great items and earn great ratings from happy customers. I've been successful in doing this for almost 100% of my customers.

I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT refund items that have been opened out of a sealed package, used by you, or returned to me in any different packing or condition than the way you purchased it from me.

My items (and other items) have all come from different sources  - so they are all sold AS is!

Non-Smoking house. We do have a wonderful dog, named Winter Firecracker, and some of her furry hair could somehow get into the package, like it gets onto anything else in the house.
