Kindly Reminder 3: When the following situations occur

Insufficient Welding Tensile Strength:

1. During use, adjusting the potentiometer can cause changes in the welding spark, indicating that the equipment is functioning correctly.

2. Try replacing accessory materials for testing, such as using corrugated wire, OT shims, replacing triangular pieces, or trying other consumable welding firmness. This will help eliminate any material-related welding issues.

3. The equipment is only for use with iron car bodies and cannot be used for welding aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized plates, etc.

4. The negative terminal and the iron contact area with the car body must be large, or else the current cannot pass through properly for welding. Ensure that high current can pass through.

5. Check if the welding consumables are conducting electricity normally. If a heating location is found, it indicates that the connectors are not tightened.

6. Again, the equipment is only for use with iron car bodies and cannot be used for welding aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized plates, etc. Select the same material car body for welding.

7. Iron car body sheet metal thickness is typically around 0.6-2mm, and spot welding straight tensile strength of 30-80kg is sufficient to pull out. Side pull may cause detachment.

8. This device is for adhesive welding by spot welding machines and not for welding fixation like an arc welding machine.

9. Use the continuous welding function for annealing carbon rods, and use the spot welding function for welding other materials (continuous welding is prohibited).

10. Check whether the paint at the spot welding location has been ground clean and whether the negative is electrified to ensure that the current passes through normally.

Welding/Puller Function

Kindly Reminder 1: When the following situations occur

Circuit Breaker Tripping:

1、Tripping During Operation:

- Check the load current of the circuit breaker and use a circuit breaker rated at more than 20A.

- Do not use winding machines or spools, and ensure that the cable wire is greater than 2.5mm.

- Make sure that enough current passes through, and that the cable wire does not overheat during prolonged use.

2、Tripping When Not In Operation:

- Inspect the inside of the machine, specifically the main power terminals and wires, to see if there are any short-circuit situations.

- Try swapping the positions of the two wires at the transformer's input end.

- Check if there are any exposed power connections contacting the external casing, leading to leakage protection issues.

- The machine should not be used under leakage conditions. Resolve the leakage issue or replace the machine with a new one if necessary.

Unable to Power On:

1. Check whether the power indicator light is on. If it's not illuminated, inspect the connected power supply and verify that the voltage is correct.

2. Once connected to power, if the power indicator light turns on, you need to turn on the rotary switch to enter the welding mode.

3. If the power supply is normal and there's still no power input, disassemble the machine and check whether the internal power wiring is correct. You may choose to unplug and replug it.

4. If all the above checks are normal and the problem persists, you may try replacing the circuit board to resolve the issue.

Kindly Reminder 2: When the following situations occur

Suddenly Stops Working During Operation:

1. Check whether the temperature warning light is illuminated.

2. Frequent high-temperature warnings may occur if continuous welding is performed outside of the carbon rod usage state, leading to a high-temperature alarm.

3. If frequent high-temperature warnings persist, disconnect the power and disassemble the machine to check if the transformer's temperature is above 90°C. If the temperature sensor is overly sensitive, you may choose to short-circuit it.

4. If the machine stops working without a high-temperature warning, inspect the gun switch and internal wiring connections of the equipment.

5. If all the above checks are normal and the issue continues, consider replacing the circuit board to resolve the problem.

Smaller Welding Spot

Spot welder dent puller uses intelligent induction for welding,compared with traditional machines,the welding joints are extremely small,the consumables loss is small, no damage to the anti-rust paint behind the sheet metal, less damage to the original bodywork and stronger welding.
