For your consideration is a lot of 6 Monkey Gorilla Ape family miniature and small figurines. The largest one is Norcrest from Japan and is 3 3/4" tall. This was a salt or pepper shaker and has the stopper in the bottom still. There are 4 from Wade in England, 3 are the brown color and the other is the two tone yellow to green. And last one is a resin in the red cinnabar color. The Wade ones are approximately 1 1/4" tall. The resin one is 1 1/2" tall.
The history of the Wade: George Wade Pottery originally started in 1899. The style known as "Wade Whimsies" first appeared in 1954 and was promoted in Red Rose Tea products in the United States since 1983. The company ceased trading on Dec 2, 2022. They are made of solid porcelain.
No chips or cracks on these.
