A wonderful antique photo album covered in Purplish blue
worn moire design cut velvet with a marvelous metal closure
Sadly the color has faded through the years & it's age is
reflected in it's condition.
The cover has a gorgeous brass carved floral medallion & a
crescent moon
with a beveled glass inlay
A marvelous swirling mechanism to lock & unlock it.
Double sided pages are cut to hold pictures of many sizes.
The front page & the back page has separated from the cover.
The album shows it's age, it's refinement & nobility.

The Velvet used to be cut in a moire type pattern but that too has faded.
