- Pilot Arc Function: The 53Amp plasma cutter incorporates pilot arc technology, allowing you to cut rough, painted, and rusty surfaces without touching the tip of the metal. This technology ensures minimal slag production and enables a maximum cutting thickness of 16mm, with an ideal cutting thickness of 10mm.
- Built-In Air Pressure Regulator: This cutting machine comes with a pre-installed 1/4" air filter, eliminating the need for manual installation. The front panel air pressure dial provides easy monitoring of air pressure. It is recommended to maintain air pressure within the range of 40-70 PSI.
- Cutting Thickness: The maximum cutting thickness is 16mm at 220V@65PSI, and 12mm at 110V@45PSI. For clean cutting, the thickness is 10mm at 220V@65PSI, and 8mm at 110V@45PSI. The plasma cutting machine utilizes IGBT inverter technology, with automatic recognition of input current and voltage for 110/220V dual voltage. The duty cycle is 60%.
- Easy To Use: The plasma cutter features a post-time function that automatically initiates after cutting completion, providing continuous airflow for at least 2-15s. reducing the loss of consumables by cooling the gun head. With the 2T/4T automatic cutting function, you don't need to keep pressing the cutting switch. You can choose the appropriate mode according to your specific needs, improving the convenience and efficiency of operation.
