APPLICATIONS
This radio works in the following vehicles, provided you have one of the listed part numbers from above in your vehicle already. That doesn't mean it fits EVERY vehicle that happens to be on the list. Check your part number!! A different part number usually means there is something different about the radio. They made different versions for different years and equipment options. Also of note: the firmware dictates the use of yellow map CDs in this particular case. Your VIN will be requested prior to shipment. If you want to avoid possible delays, you can provide your VIN with the order. We don't use VIN to determine if this is the right radio for you. Just to make sure your vehicle is even listed. (Believe it or not, people buy nav radios for the wrong application all the time.)

It is intended for exact replacement only.
Warranty Policy:
If you have a defect within the warranty period (which shouldn't happen with a reman radio), we offer replacement with the same part number only. No upgrades, downgrades, credits, refunds, etc. This radio is intended for exact replacement only. (Say, yours was stolen or is defective.) Please don't take a chance on this radio without checking your part number, thinking you can send it back if it doesn't work for you. That's not a warranty claim.
Shipping Policy:
We ship fast. We provide tracking. (It is uploaded into the system.) We protect the item very well. We insure this high-dollar item for more than the standard amount. This all means the shipping quote will be higher than it is for, say, a $100 radio. Several dollars more. Spending a few dollars more for that protection is well worth it.
