This is an original, vintage pre-recorded reel to reel tape by Percy Faith, entitled, "Camelot". Recorded at 7 1/2 IPS. Columbia CQ 355. Number on the reel matches the number on the box.
The box grades VG++. Small drill hole at bottom right and marker number at the top left as shown. The tape appears VG++, but I have no way of determining the quality of the tape. Leader is intact and appears complete.
