This is an amazing vintage disco shirt from Paul Howard of California.

Made of a satin poly, it's a wild design in blues and whites featuring flowers

The shirt has a huge '70s collar, big barrel 2-button cuffs, and a square tail.

I have measured the shirt and: 

 The sleeve length is 34/35 inches from mid-collar to the end of the cuff. 

Across the back, laid flat, the shirt measures 24 inches armpit to armpit and 29 inches from the collar seam to the bottom of the back tail.
