This is a Timex dual alarm clock radio, model T313B, black in color.  Dual alarm can each set to individual wake time and alarm sound.  Wake up and sleep to AM/FM radio.  Features cool, negative display with brightness control for easy night-time viewing, custom calendar with year/month/day, programmable sleep timer and extra-large backlit display.  Alarm settings can be set for 7, 5 or 2 days.  Battery backup uses 2 AAA batteries.  

This clock radio belonged to my son and it is in excellent condition, works fine.  There are some very light scuffs or rub marks if you inspect closely, but nothing you'd even notice easily.  Looks great, works great.  Asking $12.00 obo.
