Goebel crystal glass  plate first edition 1979.  Butterfly.  This plate is in original box.   I do not think plate was ever displayed.  Picture and year are frosted to add depth to the theme.  The rest is clear.  The butterfly figure in the center is also raised.  VERY heavy for its size !
