Charming vintage addition to your mid century home with this fun Lipper & Mann Creations earthenware pottery cheese barrel! Made in Japan in the 1960's/1970's, this neat faux wood barrel has indented font spelling out cheese on lid with 2 brass brands for extra sizzle! Lid fits into base to keep your cheese fresh and ready. This fun mid century treasure will add a touch of whimsy to your next gathering to brighten any meal!

Cheese barrel is in excellent vintage condition! The usual pre-loved light surface wear here and there from years of Ethel serving up her cheese log delights, but nothing that distracts from this piece of 1960's/1970's mod kitchen history. Brass bands have the usual patina and could use a polish, some light grazing on bottom dish interior. Please see enlarged pics for best description and details.
