This is in excellent vintage used condition - used - the only thing I can find wrong with this book is the original owner has his name inscribed inside the front cover.  The pages have yellowed which is expected of a book from 1946.  No dog-ear pages, no tears - some minor separation inside the back cover/binding.  General wear on the outside binding is present.  See PHOTOS!!  Overall, this book is in great condition!
