Vintage / Antique? Butterfly on Tree Stump Bud Vase Holder Rustic White *NO VASE

Preowned vintage item, possibly antique in good used condition.  Signs of age as can be expected.  The welding shown on the bottom makes me think of antique toys I have seen so possibly antique?  I believe it is a bud vase (no vase included) but could be used as a desktop pen holder, toothbrush holder etc.  

There is a label on bottom but it is un-readable.
