Vintage Victoria Jones  Christmas Beaded Sequin Sweater Vest Small.  Measures 25" from top to bottom and 18" from armpit to armpit.  Has one small stain on one of the dogs.  No other stains.  No holes, rips, or tears.  The felt has some fabric peeling.
