Made from fabric and metal, possibly brass (not attracted to magnet) Green cord, works. Is not flashing, but there are extra bulbs so I think you could make it constant by changing a bulb.

 Gently used and well cared for. Stored in orignal box which is a slight bit bulging, and some shelf wear.
