This is: an uncirculated bronze medal, issued by the Franklin Mint in 1973, that honors President Richard M. Nixon and Vice President Spiro Agnew on their inauguration on January 20, 1973. The bronze medallion, 2.75 inches across, was created by Franklin Mint and was designed by the renowned sculptor Gilroy Roberts, chief engraver of the United States Mint from 1948 to 1964. -  Appears to be a Proof or Reverse Proof. You be the judge.
