President Harry Truman & Missouri Senator Stuart Symington Black & White Card Stock Photo.  The photo measures approx 10" x 8" & is a photocopy of a photo.  It is NOT on photo regular photo paper, but on a thicker card stock.  Original photo was signed by both President Truman & Senator Symington address to Stanley Fike, a Missouri journalist.  Copy is in good condition, but does have a couple of small bends to the corners.  The back of the photo has some stripes of rough spots where photo appears to have been removed an adhesive of some sort, possibly displayed on another surface.  Also, was stamped with a black 7/80 & has some discoloration around the edges.  Please see photos.
