Good Preowned Condition - It is a used manual and does have signs of prior use - Stains are present.   There is no writing in the book.  Every page is legible.  Overall, for a book closing in on 80 years in existence, it is still completely intact and ready for many more years of use.  See Photos for a better idea of condition.
