You are buying all 4 hubcaps pictured which are in daily driver condition with some dings and scratches on the edge from installation and parking.  All 4 caps will fit fine and were used specifically on 1973 Pontiacs with 14" steel wheels but will fit other years as well as long as the vehicle has 14" steel wheels and is rear wheel drive. Your purchase is a legally binding contract so please read the entire description before purchasing.
