Vintage France Thumbprint Serving Fruit Bowl Silver Metal Rim 9in Diameter X 3.5inVintage and Pre-Owned - The silvertone rim has some scrapes and scratches and the rim inside the bowl the silvertone is darkened in a few areas. I don't know if it is silverplated or just a silvertone. If it is silverplated it can be cleaned and polished. This was my grandparent's bowl and she used it to display fruit on her dining table. It is quite old/vintage and shows some age but is really a beautiful bowl to display fruit or use a serving bowl. Has France engraved right in the bottom underside of bowl. It no longer has the makers mark sticker but does have "France" engraved right into the bottom.
Heavy and beautiful bowl that shows age on the silvertone area mainly.
I am assuming this is from the 50s - 60s due to the age of how long I have seen it but it could be much older.
