Authentication Number: 00013119438. He also wrote "Baby Beau", which was his character name in Gone with the Wind. Mr. Curtis is an American Actor and Film Producer. He was married to Raquel Welch from 1967 - 1972 and was instrumental in promoting her career, producing a number of movies she starred in. There is writing in pencil on the back of the index card and a slight bend on the lower right corner. Excellent condition.
