1891 Cabinet Photo Jewish Dutch Band P.W.A.C. Blue Island Riverdale Illinois

A wonderful and delightful cabinet photograph of “The Little Dutch Band” from the year 1891. This motley crew has a banner with the acronym P.W.A.C. in addition to the Star of David which certainly indicates they are Jewish. Not certain what the initials stand for... but this photo came out of Illinois barn sale about 40 years ago. And the photographer is identified as Foseltman? Brothers “Superior Finish” Blue Island & Riverdale.  In conclusion what we have is a fighting Illini Jewish Dutch band. Only in America can this happen.
