Shipping box has holes, tears, writing and stains.

The fence or gate piece is broken.  See pic.

11 5/8 inches tall total with base.

The Iron Man box is in great condition, as are all parts packaged in the original packing foam.  A couple of the box corners are lightly crunched.

Taken out to be displayed and tested temporarily. The batteries that were included no longer work but I am still including them in this listing. One light on the back of one of his arms does not work. All other lights work! No broken pieces.

Please note the paper insert in the baggie is damaged with some holes that have been poked through.
