Mid 19th Century Persian Brass Tzedakah Charity Box

Has a swinging door on the front. Etched on the reverse is "in the spirit" which was added sometime later. It is not original to the box.

Measures 4" wide, 3 1/2" deep and 2 7/8" tall.
