Used - I believe these were worn for a very short time. Perhaps tried on and walk around the house a little. There is no wear to the insoles or outsole with exception to some creases that occur as soon as somebody puts these on. These are how I know these were worn at all  the tread seems to be at or close to 100%. There are a few stains on the Soles, I think they may be glue related.

This is a great pair of shoes in Very Good condition.
