Large vintage label, some tarnish and patina, would shine up beautifully. Unbranded but likely Primrose Plate made in Canada.

It measures 12 3/4" in length. The bowl from pouring lip to pouring lip measures 4 1/4". It is so large that it makes a statement.

Although it was designed as a punch bowl ladle, it could, of course, be used to ladle anything.
