Vintage Signed Schwarzwald Germany Art Print Watercolor 13.5x13.5

Beautiful piece. Including the mat but the mat is in fair condition. There is some slight creasing in the print. See pics
I do not have any knowledge in this area. This print is so beautiful I was sure someone would want it. it will be placed between 2 pieces of cardboard and wrapped in plastic and shipped in a box. Any info about this print is welcome. It is signed but I cannot read it.
