Wool liner that is removable

Plaid lining insert is removed.

The "inseam" measurement- 15 inches- is the slit in the back up to the button- which can also unbutton and go up higher.

Notice the pocket on the inside picture- where the plaid lining is supposed to attach to the khaki outer part, but the seam was not fully connected -  this can be a quick fix sewing it together.
