St. Louis Landmarks Shaw's Garden Equitable Insurance Engraved Matted Print

In good overall condition for age. I cannot figure out how to open the mat to check if there is anything on other side. Shows many St. Louis landmarks from the 19th century. Reproduction from 1874 through the Rare Print Wagon. Measures about 11" x 14". Please see photos.
