This item is with normal signs of cosmetic use, with minor scratching on glass coating. Coating has lots of very small scratches on the coating.  Damage is minor, it will have no affect on image quality. Filter rim is not dented. This lens filter is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it a 6 or bellow average, on a scale from 1 to 10.
