Receiver is in an very good condition.  It has been used. There is some light scuffing and scratches from normal use.  Item is fully operational and functions as intended.

Please note that it is missing one antenna, AC adapter and all the cables. But it comes with a manual. 

I would rate it an 9+ or excellent  on a scale of 1 to 10.
