You get all items as pictured. There is series 6 (44.5mm threaded) hood, series 6 retaining ring, series 6 UV filter ( needs cleaning), and series 6 Kodak adapter  1.25"  or 31.5mm .

I would rate it at 7 or average on a scale of 1 to 10. All items look good, except for the UV filter, It needs cleaning. 

Other then that all items are in very good condition. I don't see anything damaged.
