It is missing dust jacket. Good condition. Top has some stains. Edges faintly damp stained, cloth soiled and age-toned, it has faint musky smell.  But other then that all pages look good. I don't see any torn pages. Book is complete. And it looks good for it's age. 

It seems to be first edition.
