SN c618466. Please note that lens comes with Pentax K to Canon EF mount adapter, thus it will fit all Canon EOS EF series SLR cameras. It will not fit Mirrorless cameras though...

Lens is in mint condition. It shows light, if any wear on exterior. Filter rim looks good and it accepts filters. Front Glass does not have any visible scratches. I don't see any fungus or haze inside the glass. No dust specs inside. Glass looks very nice over all.  

Performance:

Lens has no known issues. Focus works good. Aperture blades open and close properly, they are not slow or sluggish. Lens looks and works just like new.
