It seems to be strap for camera case.
Camera strap is in good condition, I don't see anything broken. It seems that it has never been used. It looks nice, it is very clean. Strap is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it an 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Strap is 2.5cm wide and approx. 36" long.
