The assymetrical jacket is lined with the same psychedelic material as the top of the dress.  It has a satin type feel.  There is no content tag - it is likely a synthetic material.  The green outer jacket and skirt bottom have the texture of linen but could also be a synthetic or blend.

There is a small hole in the LINING INSIDE the jacket - shown in last photo.  Obviously it won't show when it is worn because it is on the inside.  The zipper on the dress is a Talon plastic type. Skirt interior is lined in a white acetate type material.

Measurements are - Underarm to underarm across the front is approx 17 inches.  Waist across the front is approx 12 inches.  Waist to bottom of dress is approx 24 inches.  Bottom of collar to waist is approx 16.5 inches.  Dress hem is approx 2 inches.
