Tested train, not working.  Train shows wear / dust / debris due to age and long-term storage. Tender shows paint or dirt on exterior. Front cover of train is missing.  Light not working.  Missing pair of trucks on front of train.  Visually inspected exterior of train only.  Does not include original box.
