This is for a Netgear Prosafe 8 Port Gigabit Switch, Model GS108 V. 3.  This comes with the power adapter and does work.  Power adapter has "NETGEAR GS108" and "8 PORT GIGABIT SWITCH" handwritten on it in ink (I think a Sharpie).  Unit is cosmetically nice, clean and pretty much new looking with no scratching, dents or other issues.
