Antique Victorian parasol or umbrella- Fabric is a cotton gauze ( my best guess) with a pretty floral and stripe print, and metal frame, hollow wood handle. Parasol is 16" long and spans 18" when opened. It could be a child’s, or even for a doll, or just a very small ladies French parasol.

Fabric is dirty and frayed at points. The structure goes up and down, but the metal is slightly bent and the handle was broken off. But it can be restored, I think.
