Vintage Retro Mod Skirt Midi Orange and bright Turquoise from the 1960s. I love the Mod Print and attached fringed belt. It has a very wide waistband(4") and is the same width as the Fringed Belt. Zip closure and A-line style. It is in perfect condition and was very well custom-made. The material feels a lot like silk, but I suspect it is a good poly.
