The Yonico 14135 Top and bottom bearing router bit is great for all your large stock trim applications. This bit can be used with either a top or bottom template. Especially useful for template work when routing rounded or curvy wood with sensitive end-grains. The top and bottom bearings allow you to flip over the wood stock When you reach "up-grain" And rout that segment in a "down-grain" Direction, maintaining uniform smoothness around the work-piece.

  • C3 CARBIDE CUTTERS – All of our router bits use premium C3 carbide cutters manufactured from C3 micro grain tungsten carbide. C3 carbide is the highest grade used in router bit manufacturing. Carefully ground to a smooth 600 grit mirror-like finish.
  • CLEAN SPLINTER FREE CUTS - Yonico router bit sets feature high hook and shear angles, allowing cutters to slice smoothly into stock resulting in clean and splinter free cuts that are devoid of burn marks. Use on CNC routers or table-mounted routers.
  • SINGLE PIECE STEEL TOOL BODY - The bodies on all Yonico router bits 1/4 shank and 1/2 shank are manufactured from a single piece of solid hardened steel with fully enclosed and lubricated bearings. The full, solid tool body is an anti-kickback design.
  • PRECISION CNC MACHINED - The bodies of Yonico 1/2 inch and 1/4 router bit sets are milled using a CNC machine. The result is a perfectly balanced bit (+/- .003 tolerance) which will operate without any vibration at speeds up to 25,000 RPM.
