It is from Mickey's Mystery Pin Machine Pirate Collection.
It features Tinker Bell on this almost round pin.
Her wings are most of the light blue background.
She is wearing a black Pirate hat the has a
red bandana flowing from the bottom left side of the hat.
She has her hands folded under her chin and is looking coyly out at the viewer.
There is a brown rope border around the pin and it has a puzzle shape on
 the upper right side to connect the other puzzle pieces in this series to.
