For sale is a Door Closer by Yale.  It is in the Yale 50 Series.  It has the following numbers on the box end: 89386230 and V54BC.  It states Non-Hold-Open, Tri-Pack, Reversible and Backcheck.  It has an Aluminum finish and is dated 02/09/05.   It was made in the USA.

The door closer can be installed top jamb or parallel arm.  It automatically closes door easily and quietly.  It has individual valves for closing speed and latch speed.  It is for heavy and light commercial applications.

The door closer is brand new and in the sealed box.  It comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
