Excellent pre-owned condition.  No chips and design has no scratches or wear. 

 Monarch butterfly on flowers signed Holmes Gray.  One dark spot on front bottom left edge of trivet area that appears to be paint (see photos).  It is marked USA 61 on the back and has a silver sticker but the printing on it is worn off.  Measures approx 9.75" long and 7" wide.
