This is a 100% polyester stiff mesh safety vest.  The vest is flourescent orange with a yellow  stripes and reflective stripe on the back. The vest has a black binding.  It is an over the shoulder type with elastic at the sides.  The front  has a velcro closure.  The mesh and elastic measure 52" around. It is in excellent shape.
