This is a game entitled Ultimate Golf from Ultimate Golf, Inc., copyright 1985. The game is missing 5 ball markers; otherwise, it is complete with instructions.
The box has wear on the edges and in the corners, some heavy (see pictures); one corner has been taped with clear tape. The bottom of the box has some staining, wear, and some scuffing / surface tearing (it looks like it may have been taped and when it was removed, it took off some of the surface of the box -- not sure if this is the case, but if I had to guess, that's what I think it was). The instructions have some light brown spots (known as foxing); the inner cardboard tray that holds the components in the box also has some foxing. The other game components are in great shape with minor wear. The score pad still has quite a few score cards on it (see picture). I think the ball markers could be replaced with other items (paper versions, pennies, etc.), but I am not positive.
See pictures for more details.
