Acceptable Condition to Fair Condition.  The folds are mostly intact.  Some small tears at the top and bottom of some of the sheets.  Wear on the corners and edges and some notes and names on them.   Some discoloration of the pages due to age.   Robins Return has a 6 inch tear on the bottom and the top of the fold.  No missing pages.   See the pictures.
