Original and Complete Borner Boerner Multi-Box Mandolin V-Slicer Made In Germany Vintage 1995.  It appears from the directions that there are additional blade inserts that can be purchased to further expand the set.  This slicer is very clean and ready for use.  From a non-smoking home.
